Excel export

Every completed calculation exports an XLSX workbook whose first worksheet is Cover. The Cover is written in English and documents purpose, inputs, method, outputs, limitations and source/documentation links.

Calculation logic / How this works

Planned hybrid-plant optimization using chronological wind/PV generation, BESS operation, grid constraints and techno-economic assumptions.

  1. Take chronological wind generation from the wind-energy stage and combine it with PV generation on the same timestamps.
  2. Apply grid export/import limits and BESS power, energy, efficiency and operating constraints.
  3. Simulate dispatch/curtailment and calculate annual energy flows.
  4. Apply CAPEX/OPEX and market/price assumptions where required.
  5. Optimize or compare WPP/PV/BESS sizing and return techno-economic KPIs.
HyDesign is not installed in the current lightweight deployment. For market/BESS studies we preserve real chronological coincidence rather than using an hour-by-hour averaged synthetic year.
